Cet ouvrage de 512 pages couleurs très richement illustré, présente l'oeuvre de Charlotte Perriand. Charlotte Perriand est l'une des figures les plus marquantes du design du XXe siècle. Aux côtés de ses contemporains Le Corbusier et Pierre Jeanneret, elle a conçu d'innombrables pièces, dont la célèbre Chaise longue basculante, considérées comme des chefs-d'oeuvres du mobilier.
L'oeuvre complète de Charlotte Perriand est divisée en quatre tomes. Cet ensemble de référence richement illustré (plus de 5000 images et photos) fait la lumière sur un très grand nombre d'innovations et permet d'embrasser avec précision le parcours singulier de cette créatrice hors du commun.
